WE RECENTLY REALIZED that we’ve probably wrongly assumed that ALL you know Jade as well as we do! That’s probably not the case.
So, We Asked Jade A Few Fun Questions
So, we asked her a few questions to help you get to know her a little better. Those questions are found below—along with her answers. We hope you enjoy them!
Where are you originally from?
“I’m a tried and true Nebraska born native.”
Married? Children?
“I’m very fortunate to be married to my best friend, Kyle and we’re blessed to have two children, Ella and Logan.”
What made you decide that you wanted to become a dental hygienist?
“Strange as it may sound to some, I’ve always loved to go to the dentist! As a child, my mother always made it an exciting trip to go to our dental visits. We’d make it a whole day affair, as we lived an hour or so from their office. I always knew I wanted to do something in the medical field and with my love of going to the dentist, it was a perfect fit!”
Do you have an unusual or interesting hobby?
“Previous to having children, I was an avid reader and gardener. Unfortunately, I haven’t had much time to breathe let alone read since our second little bundle of joy came along. Also, my husband and I enjoy brewing our own beer and touring local breweries, when we do get a night away from our kiddos.”
What do you enjoy most about being a dental hygienist?
“My position as a dental hygienist allows me to improve on people’s quality of life. Whether it be for a routine 6 month prophy or a more extensive scaling and root planning, I love that people leave me healthier than when they arrived. Nothing makes me happier when I see patients working hard and taking an interest achieving better oral health through oral hygiene instruction. If you know me, I love to talk and dental hygiene is one of my favorite subjects!”
