Go ahead and quiz yourself… how well do you know your Dental Assistant?
Where did she get her start with Dental Assisting?
Kaleigh actually has dentistry in her blood – Kaleigh’s father is a dentist in Kenosha and Paddock Lake, WI, and she worked with him as a laboratory assistant throughout high school. Kaleigh has been a dental assistant with our practice for the past year and a half. She is a graduate of UW-Madison with a BS in Biology, and right now, she’s in the process of applying to Dental School!
What’s her favorite thing to do when not at work?
When not working or studying, Kaleigh enjoys spending time outdoors – snowboarding, golfing, going to the beach or all of the fun summer festivals! Lately she has been going back home to Kenosha to spend time with her new puppy Kota!
What does she enjoy most about being a Dental Assistant?
We asked Kaleigh what she loves about her job, and she replied… “I not only love the art and science of the profession, but also the clinical aspect, building relationships with patients, relating and communicating in order to better our patients’ oral health as well as their overall health.” We hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know Kaleigh a little better. We love having her as part of our team and wish her the best of luck with future endeavors too!
