IT’S SO GREAT TO GET UP each day, go to work, and be part of something great—a practice that truly cares about our patients. We love helping people maintain great oral health. Most importantly, we value the relationships we build with you—and with other team members. That’s why we’re so grateful for the person who makes it all possible, Dr. Herman. Dr. Herman went to undergraduate school at Cornell University for Engineering which comes in handy when we break things around here (lol). He can usually find a way to fix things so we can keep seeing our patients. Then, he came back to Buffalo to go to UB for dental school. Family is very important to Dr. Herman. He comes from a family of nine, so he knows well how to get along with others. Most of the team has been here for over 17 years and have watched him raise 4 beautiful children who are now having children of their own based on his great example. Fitness is a priority for Dr. Herman. He has completed several Ironman 70.3 races. He trains year round and is an inspiration to the rest of us to exercise regularly and eat healthy.

He takes pride in what he does and trusts all that all of us to do our jobs to the best of our ability. I have had the privilege of knowing Dr. Herman all my life. He is my brother and my friend. he has always treated me like I was special to him. When I was young he would take me on errands he would run, just to spend the time with me. He is always there when I need him and offers to help me with all my difficulties. Often he tells me how much he appreciates me working here.I love working with him and he makes me smile every day:) I feel truly blessed to have him in my life!
