It\u2019s the very highest compliment we can receive.  So this month, we\u2019re showing our appreciation with some Gift Cards! For every patient 21 years or older that you refer to our office for a cleaning and exam, <strong>you<\/strong> will receive a $20 Gift Card to Kroger. The person you refer will also receive a $20 Gift Card to Kroger, <strong>if appointment is completed by November 30, 2012<\/strong>.
