IT’S BEEN SAID that you can tell a lot about a person by the car they drive. Hmmm… Maybe, maybe not. But regardless, we’re more interested to learn what kind of car YOU drove in high school!
We Asked Our Team The Same Questions We’re Asking YOU!
- What kind of car did you drive in high school? Was is sweet or beat?
- Do you have an awesome/embarrassing story to tell about the car?
Here Are Our Team’s Answers:
(NOTE TO OUR CLIENTS: Your team’s answers to the two questions above will appear here. We’ve included an example below. These are real answers from some of the team members here at My Social Practice!)
James:
- I drove a 12-passenger white van nicknamed The Beast! It was awfully awesome.
- The Beast’s radio had a glitch. Every time you turned it on it would play at regular volume. However, unexpectedly and always at different times, the volume would jump to unbearable high levels and scare me to death.
Jackson:
- Ford Contour. It was beat.
- If I wasn’t driving fast enough the transmission from first to second would almost rip the timing belt out. One time I was driving too slow and it DID rip the timing belt out—that was bad. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work and the windows wouldn’t roll down.
Christine:
- I drove an old maroon Toyota station wagon, hatchback. It was beat.
- My sister, who barely had her license, was teaching me to drive when I was 15. We assumed no one would catch us but our dad drove past and busted us.
Blake:
- Super old Ford Ranger. It was beat
- I put a professional stereo system in it (since it was my first car) and it made it so there was no room in the rest of the car.
